舒适性是民用飞机的重要要求,座舱气流组织设计是否合理对乘员舒适性和健康性有直接影响。现在最常见和可靠的预测、设计和分析民用飞机座舱舱内气流组织的方法分别是实验测量和数值模拟。分别对这两种方法进行了描述,两种方法各有优劣,用大量CFD模拟配合有限的模拟舱实验被证明是国际上最有效、最可靠、最经济、最快速的研发手段。
Comfort is an important requirement for commercial aircrafts and the rational design of cockpit airflow has a direct impact on passenger comfort and health. The most common and reliable methods of predicting, designing and analyzing the airflow in a cockpit of civil aircraft are now experimental measurements and numerical simulations, respectively. The two methods are described separately. The two methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. Using a large number of CFD simulations and limited simulation cabin experiments has proved to be the most effective, reliable, economical and fastest R & D tool in the world.
