目的:观察瑞士球上跪姿抬臂训练对健康女大学生事件相关电位P300的影响规律。方法:20名非体育系健康女大学生志愿者为受试对象,随机分为实验组(n=10)和对照组(n=10)。实验组进行为期7周的瑞士球上跪姿抬臂训练(一种核心稳定性训练),每次训练30分钟,每周3次。对照组不进行相关训练。分别于训练前、训练7周后安静状态下,采用上海产NDI-092型神经电检诊仪记录分析受试者听觉事件相关电位P300成分。结果:7周训练后实验组受试者可在瑞士球上跪姿抬臂持续15分钟,运动表现有所提高,实验组训练后Fz、Cz、Pz点P300潜伏期较训练前显著缩短(P<0.05);Fz、Pz、Cz点反应时显著缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01);Fz点P300波幅显著增加(P<0.05)。对照组各指标7周前后比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:7周瑞士球上跪姿抬臂训练能显著缩短健康女大学生Fz、Cz、Pz点P300潜伏期及反应时,显著增加Fz点P300波幅。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of lifting kneeling position training on the ballistic knees in Switzerland on the event-related potential P300 of healthy female college students. Methods: Twenty healthy female college students volunteers were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 10) and control group (n = 10). The experimental group performed a seven-week Swiss kneeling lift training (a core stability training), each training for 30 minutes, three times a week. The control group did not carry out relevant training. Respectively before training, training in the quiet state after 7 weeks, using the Shanghai-produced NDI-092-type neuroelectronic diagnostic records recorded in subjects with auditory events related potentials P300 components. Results: After 7 weeks of training, subjects in the experimental group could lift their knees for 15 minutes on the Swiss ball, and their performance improved. After training, the P300 latency of Fz, Cz and Pz in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that before training (P < 0.05). The Fz, Pz and Cz responses were significantly shortened (P <0.05, P <0.01). The amplitude of P300 at Fz was significantly increased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in each index of the control group before and after 7 weeks (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Seven weeks of Swiss ball training in kneeling position can significantly shorten the P300 latency and response of Fz, Cz and Pz points in healthy college students, and significantly increase the amplitude of P300 amplitude at Fz point.
