随着社会经济的快速发展,城市化建设进程的不断加快,建筑行业发展越来越快速,在建筑工程施工中,各种施工材料、不同形式的幕墙在外装饰工程中得到了普遍应用。强化幕墙工程施工进度管理,不仅可以加快工程施工进度,还可以节约部分工程投资,对提高安全文明施工成效有着十分重要的作用。本文在介绍施工进度控制的基础上,分析影响施工进度的主要原因,从而提出有效的控制策略。
With the rapid development of society and economy, the process of urbanization continues to accelerate, and the construction industry is developing more and more rapidly. During the construction of construction projects, various construction materials and different types of curtain walls have been widely used in exterior decoration projects. Strengthening the curtain wall construction schedule management, not only can speed up the construction progress, but also can save some of the project investment, to improve the safety and civilized construction has a very important role. Based on the introduction of construction schedule control, this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the construction schedule and puts forward effective control strategies.
