空间环境下开展材料抗菌防霉性能测试试验是检验航天用材料防霉性能的必要试验环节。建立了一种适用于空间条件下的材料防霉性能试验方法。采用“材料层-孢子-供水层”夹心结构作为培养单元,通过喷涂方式将孢子附着在材料层表面。培养单元初始为休眠状态,利用供水层供水作为培养单元激活条件。地面模拟验证试验表明培养单元可以支持黑曲霉孢子在非抗菌材料表面萌发,并在材料片表面均匀生长,为期28天试验中密闭培养与非密闭培养没有显著差异。
The test of antibacterial and antifungal properties under space environment is a necessary test for testing the antifungal properties of aerospace materials. A test method for the antifungal properties of materials is established for space conditions. Using “material layer-spore-water layer” sandwich structure as the culture unit, the spores are attached to the surface of the material layer by spraying. The culture unit is initially dormant, and the water supply of the aquifer is used as the culture unit activation condition. The ground simulation test showed that the culture unit could support the germination of Aspergillus niger spores on the surface of non-antibacterial material and grow evenly on the surface of the material. During the 28-day experiment, there was no significant difference between the closed culture and the non-closed culture.
