现如今,我国老龄化日趋严重,老年人的社会工作也备受关注。就目前而言,绝大部分老年人仍采用“居家养老”的方式。在这种情况下,社区理所当然要给老年人提供独具特色的便利化服务,以满足老年人的身心需求,营造文明、和谐、宜居的社区。小组工作法在老年人社会工作中的应用不容忽视,本文首先介绍了小组工作这一模式运用在老年人社会服务工作中的必要性和两者结合的切合点,接着根据该模式的运用原则,阐明其在老年人社工中的应用手段和实施策略。
