[目的] 研究茉莉酸对玉米幼苗叶片抗铜性的影响,为茉莉酸在玉米抗逆栽培管理中的应用提供理论依据。[方法]采用溶液培养方法,以空白为对照,测量铜胁迫下及添加外源茉莉酸铜胁迫下,玉米幼苗的膜透性及MDA含量、H2O2含量、生物量、叶绿素a、b和胡萝卜素含量。[结果]铜胁迫显著提高了玉米叶片丙二醛(MDA)、H2O2含量,降低了叶绿素a、b和类胡萝卜素含量及生物量。茉莉酸处理可显著提高铜胁迫下叶片叶绿素素a、b和类胡萝卜素含量及生物量,显著降低铜胁迫下叶片MDA和H2O2含量,从而缓解其造成的伤害。[结论]外源茉莉酸可以明显提高玉米幼苗叶片光合色素含量,从而增加生物量的积累,缓解铜胁迫造成的伤害。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of jasmonic acid on the copper resistance of maize seedling leaves and provide the theoretical basis for the application of jasmonic acid in the maize anti-retrogradation culture. [Method] The membrane-permeability and MDA content, H2O2 content, biomass, chlorophyll a, b and carotene of maize seedlings under copper stress and exogenous exogenous jasmonic acid were measured by solution culture method with blank as control. content. [Result] Copper stress significantly increased the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and H2O2 in maize leaves, and decreased the contents of chlorophyll a, b, carotenoid and biomass. The treatment with jasmonic acid could significantly increase the leaf chlorophyll a, b and carotenoid contents and biomass under copper stress, and significantly reduce the content of MDA and H2O2 in the leaves under copper stress so as to alleviate the injury. [Conclusion] Exogenous jasmonic acid could significantly increase photosynthetic pigment content in leaves of maize seedlings, thereby increasing the biomass accumulation and alleviating the damage caused by copper stress.
