二仙汤对免疫性卵巢早衰模型小鼠形态学影响

目的:观察二仙汤对免疫性POF模型小鼠卵巢形态学影响。方法:用小鼠透明带ZP3第330~342个氨基酸序列(NSSSSQFQIHGPR)为免疫原建立免疫性POF小鼠动物模型,并用二仙汤干预,观察小鼠性周期,用ELISA法检测小鼠外周血抗透明带抗体,称卵巢重量,计算卵巢指数,在光镜下观察小鼠卵巢的组织学改变。结果:模型组小鼠逐渐出现动情周期紊乱,时间相对较早,动情间期延长,阴道细胞涂片主要表现为大量白细胞及少量有核上皮细胞;卵巢体积缩小,成熟卵泡少,卵泡颗粒细胞层较正常减少,排列紊乱,部分卵泡发育不良,卵巢间质可见较多淋巴细胞及浆细胞浸润;二仙汤处理后POF小鼠上述情况均有不同程度改善。结论:二仙汤对免疫性卵巢早衰小鼠的卵巢形态具有一定的改善作用。 Objective: To observe the effect of Erxian decoction on ovarian morphology of immune POF model mice. Methods: The animal model of POF mice immunized with 330-342 amino acid sequence of mouse zona pellucida ZP3 (NSSSSQFQIHGPR) was established. The mice were immunized with Erxian Tang to observe the sexual cycle and the peripheral blood of mice Anti-zona pellucida antibody, said ovarian weight, ovarian index calculated in the light microscope histological changes in mouse ovaries. Results: The estrous cycle gradually appeared in model group mice with relatively earlier time and prolonged estrous interval. Vaginal smears showed mainly white blood cells and a small number of nucleated epithelial cells. The ovarian volume was reduced, fewer mature follicles and granulosa cells Compared with the normal, the arrangement disorder, partial follicular dysplasia, ovarian interstitial more lymphocytes and plasma cell infiltration; POE mice treated with Erxian Tang have the above-mentioned improvement in varying degrees. Conclusion: Erxian decoction can improve ovarian morphology in premature ovarian failure mice.
