德清县公安局新市派出所在构建以专业防范网、群众防范网和科技防范网“三张网”为框架的社会治安立体防控体系过程中,对借用民力的途径进行了探索。公安机关要与治安防范民力资源进行良性互动和整合,积极争取党委、政府和相关部门的支持配合,创新工作机制,以双赢为目标,寻找新的切入点和实现途径。借用民力的工作思路还可延伸至其他公安工作中。
Deqing County Public Security Bureau Xinshidai police station in the construction of professional prevention network, the mass defense network and science and technology prevention network “three networks” as the framework of social security three-dimensional prevention and control system, to explore ways to borrow civil power. Public security organs should make positive interaction and integration with public security and civil resources prevention and actively strive for the support and cooperation of the party committees, governments and relevant departments to create a new working mechanism so as to achieve a win-win situation and find new entry points and ways to achieve it. The idea of borrowing civil power can also be extended to other public security work.
