1例39岁男性患者,因牛皮癣复发给予阿维A胶囊、青黛胶囊、复方氨肽素片及地蒽酚软膏。2个月后患者出现肝区疼痛、腹胀。肝功能示ALT71.0 U/L,AST42.0 U/L,γ-GT90.9 U/L。停用上述药物,症状未缓解,随后多次复查抗核抗体、线粒体抗体、平滑肌抗体及肝肾微粒体抗体均阳性,肝功能异常,肝活检符合药物性肝损害的病理改变。1个月后随访,肝功能仍未恢复正常。
A 39-year-old male patient received recurrence of psoriasis with Avia A Capsule, Qingtiao Capsule, Compound Aminopeptin Tablet and Gentianediol Ointment. Two months later, the patient developed liver pain and bloating. Liver function showed ALT71.0 U / L, AST42.0 U / L, γ-GT90.9 U / L. Stop using the above drugs, the symptoms did not alleviate, and then repeatedly reviewed anti-nuclear antibodies, mitochondrial antibodies, smooth muscle antibodies and liver and kidney microsomal antibodies were positive, abnormal liver function, liver biopsy in line with the pathological changes of drug-induced liver damage. Follow-up 1 month later, liver function has not returned to normal.
