在田间和盆栽条件下,研究了稀释浓度为400、600和800倍黄柠乳油液在烤烟的光合速率、蒸腾速率、叶绿素含量和根系活力等方面的生理效应。结果表明,3种浓度都能提高叶片的光合速率和蒸腾速率,增加叶绿素含量和根鲜、干重,增强根系活力。以上生理效应在3种浓度之间存在显著或极显著差异,其中以600倍液表现最佳,而400倍液在烟株生长后期有一定的负效应。
Under field and pot conditions, the physiological effects of 400, 600 and 800 times dilution of yellow lemon juice on the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, chlorophyll content and root activity of flue-cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that all the three concentrations could increase the photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate, increase the chlorophyll content, root fresh weight and dry weight, and increase the root activity. There were significant or extremely significant differences in the above physiological effects among the three concentrations, of which 600 was the best, and 400 was negative in the late tobacco growth stage.
