本文认为,教师在临床教学工作中要结合教学实践分析护生的情商指数,制定情商培养的方法,使实习护生在教学活动中能充分表达自我个性,约束自我言行,保持平衡的心态,认识自我价值,达到妥善运用情感的能力;并提示,在教学活动中加强对护生情商的培养有助于护士素质的提高。
This paper argues that in clinical teaching work, teachers should analyze the emotional quotient of nursing students in accordance with the teaching practice to formulate a method of cultivating emotional intelligence, so that the intern nurses can fully express their individuality, constrain their own behavior and behavior in a teaching activity, maintain a balanced attitude and understanding Self-value, to achieve the proper use of emotional ability; and prompts that teaching activities to strengthen the nursing students emotional intelligence contribute to improve the quality of nurses.
