目的明确某原油管道工程建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,对建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查等方法进行综合分析和评价。结果该项目在正常运行过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素有非甲烷总烃、溶剂汽油、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、硫化氢、氨、噪声、微波辐射和工频电场等,维检修过程中存在的职业病危害因素有电焊烟尘、砂轮磨尘、锰及其化合物、一氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、臭氧、噪声、紫外辐射等,检测结果除泄压罐区非甲烷总烃浓度及电焊烟尘定点检测结果超标外,其余均符合国家职业接触限值的要求。该项目在职业病危害防护措施、个人使用的职业病防护用品、建筑卫生学、辅助用室和职业卫生管理措施等方面基本符合职业卫生的要求,在应急救援和职业病危害警示标识的设置方面有待进一步完善。结论该建设项目采取的职业病危害防护设施控制效果基本符合国家职业卫生标准和要求。
Objective To clarify the occupational disease hazard factors of a crude oil pipeline construction project and evaluate the effect of occupational disease hazard control on construction projects. Methods Occupational health field survey, occupational hazards and occupational health tests and other methods for comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results The major occupational hazards in the project during normal operation were non-methane hydrocarbon, solvent gasoline, benzene, toluene, xylene, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, noise, microwave radiation and power frequency electric field, The occupational hazards include welding fume, wheel dust, manganese and its compounds, carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, noise and ultraviolet radiation. The test results include the total non-methane hydrocarbon concentration and welding dust Fixed-point test results exceeded, the rest are in line with the requirements of national occupational exposure limits. The project basically meets the requirements of occupational hygiene in occupational hazards prevention measures, personal use of protective equipment for occupational diseases, building hygiene, auxiliary rooms and occupational health management measures, and needs to be further improved in the setting of emergency rescue and occupational hazard warning signs . Conclusion The control effect of protective equipment for occupational hazards adopted in the construction project basically conforms to the national occupational health standards and requirements.
