咳嗽变异型支气管哮喘常因缺乏典型支气管哮喘症状易误诊为支气管炎。现将我院 1998年 5月～ 2 0 0 1年 5月门诊和住院患者 38例咳嗽变异型哮喘患者分析总结如下。1　一般资料　 38例患者中男 10例 ,女 2 8例 ;年龄 14～ 6 5岁 ;病程 3周～ 3ａ,均为慢性咳嗽伴胸闷 ,症状在夜间 Cough variant bronchial asthma is often misdiagnosed as bronchitis because of the lack of typical bronchial asthma symptoms.
