运用基因枪法将含有 bar基因和 cecropin B基因的质粒 p CB1导入籼稻品种特青的幼胚细胞 ,筛选后得到 3株转基因植株。PCR检测和 Southern杂交结果表明 ,外源基因已整合到水稻基因组中。转化当代植株表现出对 Basta很强的抗性 ,同时也增强了对水稻白叶枯病的抗性
The plasmid p CB1 containing the bar gene and the cecropin B gene was introduced into immature embryo cells of Indica rice by using the gene gun method. Three transgenic plants were screened. PCR results and Southern hybridization results showed that foreign genes have been integrated into rice genome. Transformed contemporary plants show strong resistance to Basta while also enhancing resistance to bacterial leaf blight
