为有效实现九龙河集控少弃水多发电,提高流域水电站经济效益的目标,在充分考虑九龙河集控流域水库间水力关系特殊性的基础上,根据九龙河集控特性建立了数学模型,有效避免了固定比例系数算法的局限性。文章介绍了九龙河集控概况和经济运行系统开发的原则,概述了九龙河集控的经济数学模型及其特点。该系统的投入使用使得复杂的流域水电站调度实现了由人工到自动化的转变,根据经济运行算法自动分配各电站负荷,有效提高了电站运行效率;其中沙坪水电站和偏桥水电站因水力联系密切但基本无库容,特为其采用非常规策略。 In order to effectively achieve the goal of less water and electricity generation in Jiulonghe Hydropower Station and to increase the economic benefits of the hydropower stations in the basin, a mathematical model was established according to the centralized control characteristics of Jiulonghe River on the basis of taking full account of the particularity of hydraulic relations among the reservoirs in the Central Hydropower Station of Jiulonghe River. Effectively avoid the limitations of the fixed proportional coefficient algorithm. This article introduces the general situation of Jiulonghe centralized control and the principle of economic operation system development, and summarizes the economic mathematical model of Jiulonghe centralized control and its characteristics. The system is put into operation to make the complex basin hydropower dispatching realize the change from manual to automatic. According to the economic operation algorithm, the load of each hydropower station is automatically allocated, which effectively improves the operation efficiency of hydropower station. Shaping Hydropower Station and Piaoqiao Hydropower Station have close hydraulic connection Out of stock, especially for its use of unconventional strategy.
