目的 为无牙颌患者全口义齿上颌人工尖牙排列提供参考依据。 方法 对 42 7例国人正常上颌牙列模型切牙乳突与上颌尖牙之间存在的位置关系进行测量并进行统计学分析。 结果 42 7例模型中 ,两侧上颌尖牙连线 ( CPC线 )均横过切牙乳突 ;其中 ( 1) 345例 ( 80 .79% )横过切牙乳突中点 ;( 2 ) 388例 ( 90 .86% )落在切牙乳突中点前后 1.0 mm之内 ;( 3) 4 12例 ( 96.48% )落在切牙乳突中点前后 2 .0 mm之内。 结论 切牙乳突与上颌尖牙存在较恒定的位置关系 ,可以作为全口义齿上颌人工尖牙排列位置的可靠依据。
Objective To provide a reference for the arrangement of maxillary artificial cuspids in complete dentures of edentulous patients. Methods The positional relationship between the maxillary cuspids and the incisors of the maxillary dentition model of 42 7 cases of Chinese people was measured and statistically analyzed. RESULTS: In the 7 of the 7 models, both maxillary cuspid lines (PC lines) crossed the incisor papilla; (1) 345 (80.79%) crossed the midpoint of the incisor papillae; (2) 388 cases (90.86%) fell within 1.0 mm before and after the midpoint of the incisor mastoid; (3) 4 12 cases (96.48%) fell within 2.0 mm before and after the midpoint of the incisor. Conclusion There is a relatively constant positional relationship between the incisor and maxillary canine, which can be used as a reliable basis for the position of maxillary artificial cuspids in complete dentures.
