目的探讨导致消化道出血的主要原因,并对其临床特点进行分析,为诊疗活动提供依据。方法选取39例消化道出血患者,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结消化道出血原因和特点。结果导致消化道出血的主要原因为消化道溃疡、消化道息肉、肝硬化合并食管及胃底静脉曲张破裂及消化道肿瘤等。结论不同原因导致的消化道出血,其临床特点不尽相同,充分认识导致消化出血的原因,并根据其特点开展临床诊断和治疗,能够为临床提供良好的治疗方向。
Objective To explore the main causes of gastrointestinal bleeding and analyze its clinical features to provide the basis for diagnosis and treatment. Methods Thirty-nine patients with gastrointestinal bleeding were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. The causes and characteristics of gastrointestinal bleeding were summarized. Results The main causes of gastrointestinal bleeding are peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal polyp, cirrhosis with esophageal and gastric varices and gastrointestinal tumors. Conclusions The gastrointestinal bleeding caused by different causes has different clinical features. The full understanding of the causes of digestive bleeding and clinical diagnosis and treatment according to its characteristics can provide a good therapeutic direction for clinical treatment.
