目的 :观察新生儿生后 36h内血糖水平。方法 :用美国惠好牌血糖仪 ,取正常新生 .儿指端血、分别于生后 1、6、12、2 4、36h测试 ,结果 :2 0 0例新生儿发现低血糖 2 1例 ,占 10 .5 % ;其中胎龄 <37周者 30例有 14例生后 1h内存在低血糖 ,占 46 .6 7% ;体重 <2 .5kg者 18例 ,出生 1h内存在低血糖 8例 ,占 44 ,44 % ,至 36h仍有低血糖发生 ;是月儿出生 1h内 96 .2 %血糖达正常水平 ;胎龄 >41周出生时血糖可高达 3.6~ 6 .9mmol/L可持续 6h ,12h后下降 ,2 4h又达正常水平。结论 :早产儿、低出生体重儿低血糖发生率高 ,持续时间长 ,且缺乏症状 ,应进行血糖监测 ,并及时纠正
Objective: To observe the newborns within 36h after birth blood sugar levels. Methods: The normal newborn fetus blood was taken from the Huiyou brand blood glucose meter and tested at 1, 6, 12, 24, 36 h after birth. Results: 21 cases of hypoglycemia were found in 200 neonates, Accounting for 10.5%; among them, 30 cases with gestational age <37 weeks had 14 cases with hypoglycemia within 1h after birth, accounting for 46.67%; 18 cases with body weight <2.5kg and 8 cases with hypoglycemia within 1h , Accounting for 44, 44%, to 36h still hypoglycemia; is born within 1h 96.2% of blood glucose up to normal levels; gestational age> 41 weeks of life blood glucose can be as high as 3.6 ~ 6 .9mmol / L sustainable 6h , Decreased after 12h and returned to normal level in 24h. Conclusion: The incidence of hypoglycemia in premature infants and low birth weight infants is high, with long duration and lack of symptoms. Blood glucose monitoring should be performed and promptly corrected
