拿起电话,我们可以方便的向亲友倾诉衷肠;开启电脑,我们可以在互联网的海洋中任意遨游;打开电视,我们可以自由享受电视节目与相关服务的交互式呈现;摁动手机,我们还可以摆脱空间限制,在移动的过程中获取丰富的信息;……在我们的周围,各种信息化手段的日益发达,使信息创造与获知的渠道得到了极大延展,上述便利更是随处可见。他们因何而致?俗言:“万丈高楼平地起。”在人们充分享受信息化便利的同时,管线、基站、局房等等,这些平时或许并不为常人所注意的信息基础设施,成为了各种信息化应用与服务的坚实后盾,并最终使得“阡陌交通,鸡犬相闻”。本期,我刊邀请了来自上海市信息委及信息管线、移动、电信、东方有线的五位嘉宾,围绕总体规划与集约化建设,以及各企业基础设施的发展现状等,对上海市的信息基础设施建设做了系统梳理与阐述。

In the current issue, I invited five guests from Shanghai Information Commission, Information & Communication, Mobile, Telecom and Oriental Cable to discuss Shanghai’s information on overall planning and intensive construction as well as the current status of infrastructure development in various enterprises. Infrastructure construction has done a systematic review and elaboration.
