从山西蟒河自然保护区的后河背、旱地和后大河三个样区采集上样。用五种培养基分离放线菌，并对放线菌的数量、组成、生理生化特性、细胞壁化学组分以及它们的拮抗性等进行了研究。按放线菌常规分类方法进行了鉴定，结果分离到九个属的高、中温放线菌。
From the Manghe Nature Reserve in Shanxi Houhe back, dry land and Hou Dahe three samples collected. Actinomyces was isolated from five culture media and the quantity, composition, physiological and biochemical characteristics of actinomycetes, cell wall chemical components and their antagonism were studied. According to routine classification of actinomycetes identified, the results were isolated nine genus of high, medium temperature actinomycetes.
