利用PEG( 聚乙二醇) 浸种处理后的烤烟种子进行发芽试验和苗床育苗试验。结果表明:用PEG 浸种处理烤烟种子,可明显地提高种子发芽势、发芽率、种子活力以及幼苗根系活力、干重、根茎( 干重) 比和幼苗脯氨酸含量,使幼苗长势和抗旱力增强。PEG 浸种适宜浓度为20 % 。
