淋巴细胞在体外培养中,在植物血凝素(Phytohaemagglutinin,PHA)的作用下,激活并转化为“母细胞”。PHA激活的是T淋巴细胞,B细胞则不受其影响。T淋巴细胞在机体的细胞免疫过程中有重要作用。近年来,用PHA体外激活淋巴细胞,引起淋巴细胞转化,应用于肿瘤的予后与治疗,在国内外日益受到重视。淋巴细胞体外激活的效应,即淋巴细胞的转化率,可用两种方法检测:一种是以形态变化作指标,另一种是3~H——TdR的方法来检测。测定的体外培养后第3天或第5天的淋巴细胞转化率在不同研究者虽有差异,大约为55—90%,平均近70%。国内目前
In vitro culture, lymphocytes are activated by Phytohaemagglutinin (PHA) and transformed into “blast cells.” PHA is activated T lymphocytes, B cells are not affected. T lymphocytes in the body’s cellular immune process has an important role.
