用 HRP 逆行追踪法,研究了大鼠副神经脊髓核在中枢内的定位。在同侧延髓锥体交叉平面至脊髓 C_6 节段内,见到 HRP 标记细胞主要位于 C_2 和 C_3 节段(占61.15%)。标记的副神经脊髓核似为复合体,可细分为4个纵列亚核,即前角外侧核、前角前核、前角背内侧核和前角中央核等。在脊髓前角内,C_1 主要见于前角背内侧核;C_2 和 C_3 见于前角外侧核;C_4、C_5 和 C_6 见于前角前核。自 C_1 至 C_4 节段,标记细胞从内侧趋向外侧分布,C_5、C_6 则又趋向前方。据1例大鼠脊髓连续切片观察,在前角内测量49个标记的副神经脊髓核胞体,其大小约34~68μm。属α运动神经元(直径大于37.5μm)占65.3%;属γ运动神经元(直径小于37.5μm)占34.7%。
The HRP retrograde tracing method was used to study the localization of the parasympathetic nucleus in the central nervous system. In the ipsilateral medulla oblongata cross plane to the C_6 segment of the spinal cord, HRP-labeled cells were found mainly in the C_2 and C_3 segments (61.15%). Labeled accessory nerve spinal cord nuclei seem to be complex, which can be subdivided into four longitudinal sub-nuclei, namely the anterior horn, the anterior horn, the anterior horn and the anterior horn central nucleus. In the anterior horn of the spinal cord, C 1 is mainly found in the dorsal medial anterior horn; C 2 and C 3 are found in the anterior horn; C 4, C 5 and C 6 are found in the anterior horn anterior nucleus. From the C_1 to C_4 segments, the labeled cells tended to be distributed from the medial to the lateral, while C_5 and C_6 tended to the front. According to the serial observation of one rat spinal cord, 49 labeled subnucleus spinal cord nuclei were measured in the anterior horn, with a size of about 34-68 μm. Is a motor neuron (diameter greater than 37.5μm) accounted for 65.3%; is a γ motor neuron (diameter less than 37.5μm) accounted for 34.7%.
