目的:观察脑瘤汤防治神经胶质瘤综合治疗后复发的临床疗效。方法:将高级别神经胶质瘤术后患者随机分为2组,对照组常规放化疗,治疗组在放化疗后加服脑瘤汤,观察2组的有效率、复发时间及生存期。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗组复发时间明显延迟,生存率治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脑瘤汤可以延缓神经胶质瘤的复发,提高术后患者第2～3年的生存率。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Naoyu Tang in prevention and treatment of glioma recurrence after combined treatment. Methods: The patients with high-grade glioma were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The patients in the treatment group received Juromai Decoction after radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The effective rate, recurrence time and survival time of the two groups were observed. Results: There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P> 0.05). The recurrence time of the treatment group was significantly delayed, and the survival rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Brain tumor soup can delay the recurrence of glioma and improve the survival rate of patients after 2 to 3 years.
