目的了解海口市0~12岁儿童体内维生素D的营养状况,为本地区儿童合理补充维生素D提供科学依据。方法选取0~12岁海口市健康儿童2755例,将其按年龄分婴儿组(<1岁,共830例)、幼儿组(>1~3岁,共725例)、学龄前组(>3~6岁,共515例)、学龄组(>6~12岁,共685例)。采用罗氏公司cobas e 411化学发光分析仪及配套检测试剂盒检测血清25-(OH)Vit D水平,对结果进行统计分析。结果 2755例儿童25-(OH)Vit D浓度平均值为(30.10±11.61)ng/ml。不同年龄组儿童25-(OH)Vit D浓度平均值比较,差异无统计学意义。婴儿组缺乏率9.28%,幼儿组缺乏率37.10%,学龄前组缺乏率52.04%,学龄组缺乏率68.03%,两两比较缺乏率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。婴儿组男、女童25-(OH)Vit D浓度平均值比较无差异,但缺乏率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其它各组男女童25-(OH)Vit D浓度平均值和缺乏率比较无差异。血清25-(OH)Vit D浓度平均值夏>秋>春>冬,但差异无统计学意义。结论海口市0~12岁儿童普遍存在维生素D缺乏或不足。特别是学龄前组(>3~6岁)和学龄组(>6~12岁)儿童,应采用有效的措施防治维生素D的缺乏,减少维生素D缺乏对儿童健康的影响。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of vitamin D in children aged 0 ~ 12 in Haikou City, and to provide a scientific basis for rational vitamin D supplementation in children in this area. Methods A total of 2,755 healthy children aged 0 ~ 12 years in Haikou were enrolled and divided into three groups according to their ages: infants (> 1 year old, 830 infants), infants (> 1 ~ 3 years old, 725 infants) ~ 6 years old, a total of 515 cases), school-age group (> 6 to 12 years old, a total of 685 cases). The rate of lacking in infants was 9.28%, that in infants was 37.10%, that in preschool was 52.04%, and in school-age was 68.03%. There was no significant difference between two groups (P <0.01). There were no significant differences in the mean 25- (OH) Vit D concentrations between male and female infants, but the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of vitamin D deficiency or deficiency in children aged 0 ~ 12 years in Haikou City. Especially for preschool children (> 3 years old and 6 years old) and school-age children (> 6 ~ 12 years old), effective measures should be taken to prevent the deficiency of vitamin D and reduce the influence of vitamin D deficiency on children’s health.
