目的:建立布渣叶药材中槲皮素、山奈素、芹菜素、异鼠李素4种黄酮类成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用Waters Xbridge TM C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液为流动相,二元梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长367 nm,柱温35℃。结果:槲皮素、山奈素、芹菜素、异鼠李素分别在14.58~72.90,63.76~318.8,32.92~164.6,79.68~398.4 ng与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为98.90%,97.62%,97.93%,97.79%。结论:该方法灵敏、可行,重复性好,为布渣叶药材质量控制提供新的参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of flavonoids in quercetin, kaempferol, apigenin and isorhamnetin in cloth residue leaves. Methods: A Waters Xbridge C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used with mobile phase of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of a gradient of 1.0 mL · min-1 with a detection wavelength of 367 nm. Temperature 35 ℃. Results: Quercetin, kaempferol, apigenin, isorhamnetin were 14.58 ~ 72.90,63.76 ~ 318.8,32.92 ~ 164.6,79.68 ~ 398.4 ng and peak area showed a good linear relationship, the average recovery was 98.90%, 97.62%, 97.93%, 97.79%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, feasible and reproducible, providing a new reference for the quality control of medicinal materials of Cloth Residue.
