以吉育88为材料,研究了在V4、V7、V10、V13时期喷施多效唑对大豆农艺性状及生理性状的影响。结果表明:多效唑能增加大豆叶片SPAD值和光合速率,减小三出复叶的叶面积;通过对节间的控制,降低了植株高度;且显著影响产量,4个喷施时期中,在V10期喷施多效唑显著增产9.9%,V4、V7时期喷施与对照产量差异不显著,V13时期显著减产。说明V10期是喷施多效唑最佳时期。
The effects of spraying PP334 on the agronomic traits and physiological characteristics of soybean were studied with Ji-Yu 88 as materials. The results showed that paclobutrazol could increase the SPAD value and photosynthetic rate of soybean leaves and decrease the leaf area of three leaves. Through the control of internodes, plant height was reduced and the yield was significantly affected. In the four spraying periods, The spraying of paclobutrazol increased the yield by 9.9%, but there was no significant difference between the spraying and the control at V4 and V7, and the yield was significantly reduced at V13. V10 is sprayed the best period of paclobutrazol.
