太子参指标成分与气候因子的相关性

目的:分析太子参指标成分与气候因子的相关性。方法:采用相关性分析(CA)、偏最小二乘分析(PLS)、PCA排序分析等统计方法研究太子参中指标成分与气候因子的相关性,探究影响太子参指标成分积累的主要气候因子。结果:产地与采收时间对太子参中指标成分含量均存在影响。气候因子中月最低气温、月平均气湿、月降水量以及年降水量是影响太子参指标成分含量的主导因素。结论:通过气候因子与指标成分间的正负相关性分析,可以解释太子参传统采收时间的合理性以及江苏句容太子参环肽B含量较高的原因。 Objective: To analyze the correlation between the index components and climatic factors of Radix Pseudostellariae Radix. Methods: The correlation between the index components and climatic factors in Pseudostellaria heterophylla was studied by statistical methods such as correlation analysis (CA), partial least-squares analysis (PLS) and PCA ranking analysis, and the main climatic factors that affected the accumulation of the index components of Pseudostellaria heterophylla were explored. Results: Both the origin and the harvesting time had an impact on the content of indicator components in heterophylla. The monthly minimum temperature, monthly mean humidity, monthly precipitation and annual precipitation of climatic factors are the dominant factors that affect the content of the indicators of heterophylla ginseng. Conclusion: The positive and negative correlation analysis between the climatic factors and the index components can explain the rationality of the traditional harvest time of Pseudostellaria heterophylla and the reason of the high content of Pseudotaxin B in Jiangsu Jurong.
