目的:对九里香属9 种植物叶表面的微细特征进行了比较观察,并给出了分种检索表。方法:运用扫描电镜技术。结果:九里香组表皮细胞垂周壁界限模糊,两面无条索状纹饰,棕茎组表皮细胞垂周壁界限清晰,多少具条索状纹饰。结论:大叶九里香应归入九里香组,独立成为一个种,四数花九里香与豆叶九里香不宜合并,本研究证明扫描电镜对本属植物的分组和分种以及生药学鉴定有重要的价值
OBJECTIVE: To compare the microscopic characteristics of the leaf surface of nine species of plants of the genus Guriga, and to give the classification and retrieval tables. Methods: Using scanning electron microscopy. RESULTS: The boundaries of the peripheral wall of the epidermis cells in the Jiulixiang group were blurred, and there were no cord-like patterns on both sides. The perimeter of the epidermis cells in the palm stem group had a clear boundary, and there were many cord-like patterns. Conclusion: J. fruticosa should be included in the Jiulixiang group and become a single species.
