随着社会的进步,经济全球化脚步的加快,学习外语已经成为当今时代的一个潮流。近年来,社会上也不断涌现出大批具有专业语言技能的优秀毕业生。随着企业的发展,不仅仅是外国企业,国有企业和私人企业都在不断招收具有专业语言技能的人才,并为此类人才制定了一系列的企业培育计划。本文针对企业对商务日语人才转型培养的缺失,进行分析和解剖,希望能为招收商务日语人才的企业提供一些意见和建议。
With the progress of society and the accelerating pace of economic globalization, learning foreign languages has become a trend of the times. In recent years, a large number of outstanding graduates with professional language skills have also emerged in the community. With the development of enterprises, not only foreign enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises are constantly recruiting talents with professional language skills, and a series of enterprise cultivation plans have been formulated for such talents. This article aims at analyzing the enterprises’ lack of training of business Japanese talents and analyzing their anatomy, hoping to provide some opinions and suggestions for enterprises recruiting business Japanese language talents.
