采用富氩基CO_2焊工艺对高速列车转向架用低合金控轧钢板(S355J2W)进行了焊接,分析了焊后退火工艺对焊缝金属微观组织、焊接接头冲击性能及弯曲性能的影响。结果表明:合适的退火工艺可消除焊接接头残余应力,提高接头热影响区及焊缝金属的冲击性能,改善接头弯曲性能,但对焊缝金属的微观组织无明显影响。
The low alloyed rolled steel plate (S355J2W) for high-speed train bogies was welded by argon-enriched CO_2 welding process, and the effect of post-weld annealing process on microstructure of weld metal, impact properties and bending properties of welded joints was analyzed. The results show that proper annealing process can eliminate the residual stress of welded joints, improve the impact properties of HAZ and weld metal, and improve the bending performance of joints. However, it has no obvious effect on the microstructure of weld metal.
