目的 :探讨99mTc MIBI乳腺显像对乳腺癌及淋巴结转移的诊断价值。方法 :6 8例单侧乳腺肿物的女性患者 ,从病变乳腺对侧的肘静脉注入99mTc MIBI 740MBq ,10min后分别行前位、侧位乳腺显像。结果 :6 8例乳腺肿物患者 ,经病理证实恶性 38例 ,良性 30例。99mTc MIBI乳腺显像阳性共 37例 ,其中乳腺癌 34例 ,乳腺良性肿瘤 3例。99mTc MIBI乳腺显像诊断乳腺癌的灵敏性为 89 5 % ,特异性为 90 % ,阳性预测值为 91 9% ,阴性预测值为87 1% ;38例乳腺癌患者 8例淋巴结转移 ,6例99mTc MIBI显像阳性。结论 :99mTc MIBI乳腺显像可成为诊断乳腺癌及鉴别乳腺肿物良恶性较可靠的无创性方法 ,其对淋巴结转移的检测也有一定价值
Objective : To investigate the diagnostic value of 99mTc MIBI breast imaging in breast cancer and lymph node metastasis. Methods: Sixty-eight female patients with unilateral breast masses were injected with 99mTc MIBI 740MBq from the contralateral side of the lesion. The anterior and lateral breast imaging were performed 10 min later. Results : Sixty-eight patients with breast masses were confirmed pathologically in 38 cases and benign in 30 cases. 99mTc MIBI breast imaging was positive in 37 cases, including 34 cases of breast cancer and 3 cases of benign breast tumors. The sensitivity of 99mTc MIBI breast imaging in diagnosis of breast cancer was 89.5%, specificity was 90%, positive predictive value was 91.9%, negative predictive value was 87.1%; 38 cases of breast cancer patients had 8 cases of lymph node metastasis, 6 cases. 99mTc MIBI imaging was positive. Conclusion: 99mTc MIBI breast imaging can be a reliable non-invasive method for diagnosing breast cancer and differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors. It also has certain value in the detection of lymph node metastasis.
