提出了啤酒花中单宁的流动注射分析(FIA)法。本法将单宁注人F(Ⅲ)载流中,然后与1,10-二氮菲的0.03mlnol/LH2SO4溶液混合,混合物经100cm反应盘管,生成的1,10-二氮菲-Fe(Ⅱ)络合物在 506 nm波长处检测。方法快速、准确,测样频率为71样/h,相对标准偏差为1. 1%,测定单宁的线性范围为 0.00- 300 mg/L,检测限 0.84 mg/L,成功地用于啤酒花中单宁的测定。
A flow injection analysis (FIA) method of tannin in hops was proposed. In this method, the tannin is injected into the F (III) carrier and then mixed with the solution of 1,10-phenanthroline 0.03 mlnol / LH2SO4. The mixture is passed through a 100 cm reaction coil to produce 1,10-phenanthroline- Fe (Ⅱ) complex was detected at 506 nm. The method is rapid and accurate, with a sampling frequency of 71 samples / h and a relative standard deviation of 1. 1%. The linear range of tannin was 0.00-300 mg / L and the limit of detection was 0.84 mg / L, which was successfully used to determine tannin in hops.
