运用系统工程理论、区域经济学理论以及社会主义市场经济学理论 ,从理论和实践两方面入手 ,重点研究了农村公路建设与经济发展的相关关系、农村公路发展现状、发展趋势及发展环境 ,通过运用生长曲线模型对甘肃省农村公路的发展阶段进行了分析 ,运用回归理论对农村公路的发展规模进行了预测 ,在此基础上 ,经过综合分析研究 ,最终提出了甘肃省农村公路发展的战略构想、战略目标以及战略步骤 ,并对其实施的可能性及实施效果进行分析 ,提出了甘肃省农村公路发展的量化目标和战略实施对策
By using the theories of system engineering, regional economics and the theory of socialist market economy, this paper focuses on the relationship between rural road construction and economic development, the current situation of rural road development, the development trend and the development environment through both theoretical and practical aspects. Using the growth curve model to analyze the development stages of the rural roads in Gansu Province and using the regression theory to predict the development scale of the rural roads, based on this, after the comprehensive analysis and research, finally put forward the strategic concept of the development of the rural roads in Gansu Province , Strategic objectives and strategic steps, analyzes the possibility of their implementation and the effect of their implementation, and puts forward the quantitative targets and strategies for the development of rural roads in Gansu Province
