对于农村初中认知水平相对较低的九年级学生来说,由于九年级化学学科中的化学基础知识相对较为抽象以及概念与原理的关系比较纷繁复杂,因而给他们的化学学习带来诸多困难,最终出现较多化学后进生需要我们去转化.把后进生的转化工作做细、做实,是提高化学教学质量的基石,也是发展好每位学生的有力佐证.对此,笔者谈谈自己的几点具体做法,以期通过与同仁交流再提高.一、找准心理根源,加强疏通引导笔者在多年的化学教育教学中发现,有4种心理特征是化学后进生最为常见,分别是:(1)逆反心理,爱与家长、教师唱反
