我国高技术产业已成为国民经济和社会发展、经济结构战略性调整的重要力量。2003年的高技术产业呈现出量的扩张与质的提升并进之态势。尤其是:信息产业对GDP增长的贡献率明显提高;高技术产业在解决能源、交通等问题方面的基础作用日益凸显;重大技术装备研制取得重要进展,突破了一些关键技术瓶颈。展望2004年,我国的国民经济将继续保持良好的发展态势,产业政策的推动作用也将日益显现,速度和效益增长将日益统一,产业间互相融合趋势也将日渐明显。高技术产业一定会在不久的将来成为托举我国向科技产业强国跃升的动力。
China's high-tech industry has become an important force in the strategic readjustment of the national economy and social development and economic structure. The high-tech industry in 2003 showed the trend of expansion and qualitative improvement. In particular, the contribution rate of the information industry to GDP growth has significantly increased. The fundamental role of high-tech industries in solving energy, transportation and other issues has become increasingly prominent. Significant progress has been made in the development of major technological equipment and breakthroughs have been made in some key technical bottlenecks. Looking forward to 2004, the national economy of our country will continue to maintain a good momentum of development. The promotion of industrial policies will also become increasingly apparent. The growth of speed and efficiency will be increasingly uniformed, and the convergence among industries will also become increasingly apparent. High-tech industries will surely become the engine for China to lift its power to the science and technology industry in the near future.
