1 病例报告例1:女,16岁.因反复呕吐、腹泻伴低热1个月余于2004-10-15入院.缘于2004-08-24进食冷饮,第2天淋雨后出现恶心、呕吐,呕吐物为进食物,非喷射状,伴有腹泻,为蛋花样稀便,无粘液及里急后重感,体温波动于37.0～37.5℃.给予抗感染等治疗,症状有所好转.2004-10-12患者呕吐、腹泻加重,伴腹胀,每日呕吐10余次,腹泻30余次.
