通过田间试验和盆栽试验及室内分析表明,土壤有效锌含量是决定锌肥肥效的重要因素。每亩增施1公斤硫酸锌,土壤有效锌平均可增加1.72ppm,锌在番茄体内分布,主要集中在辅导组织茎和叶柄内,其次是根。施锌提高根的含锌量最多,其次是叶。在整个生育期中吸锌量最高峰是在第一簇果膨大到第二簇果形成时。锌肥不仅增加果实产量,同时也改善果实品质,提高果实的维生素C、可溶性糖含量,降低酸度,尤其是增加果实中的含锌量,可做为人类食物中有效锌的来源。
Field experiments and pot experiments and laboratory analysis showed that the effective zinc content of soil is an important factor that determines the efficiency of zinc fertilizer. The application of 1 kg of zinc sulfate per acre increased the available zinc by 1.72 ppm on average, while the distribution of zinc in tomato was mainly concentrated in the stems and petioles of the guidance tissue, followed by the roots. Zinc to improve the zinc content of roots up, followed by leaves. The highest peak of zinc absorption throughout the growth period is when the first cluster expands to the second cluster. Zinc fertilizer not only increases fruit yield, but also improves fruit quality, increases vitamin C and soluble sugar content of fruits, reduces acidity, and especially increases zinc content in fruits, which can be used as a source of effective zinc in human food.
