思想品德和思想政治学科2016年度上海市中小学中青年教师教学评选活动,有以下亮点:教学三维目标描述准确,关注学科核心能力培养,注重理论联系实际,引导唯物辩证的思想。同时也存在以下问题:知识逻辑关系的建构不足,作业评价设计的重视不足,单元教学的整合程度不高。通过总结优秀课例的经验和部分参赛课例的不足,提出了改进建议和对策,以期对学科教师的教学有所启发。
The ideological, moral and ideological and political disciplines of the 2016 Shanghai young and middle-aged teachers in teaching selection activities, have the following highlights: teaching three-dimensional target description accuracy, focus on disciplinary core competence training, pay attention to theory and practice, and guide materialist dialectics. At the same time, there are also the following problems: the lack of construction of the relationship between knowledge and logic, the lack of emphasis on job evaluation design, and the low integration of unit teaching. By summarizing the experience of excellent class examples and the inadequacies of some participating class examples, suggestions for improvement and countermeasures are proposed in order to give some inspiration to subject teachers’ teaching.
