本文根据西安的房价和购买状况的现实数据,对2011年6—10月的西安市房价和购买状况进行预测分析。数据的主要来源是中国网,国家统计局网,陕西省政府公众信息网,陕西省统计局网站,西安市统计局网站,西安市人口网,西安市房产咨询网,西安房地产信息网,三秦房产网,陕西省国土资源厅,西安房地产行业协会等政府网站。本文用的主要方法是时间序列分析法。 Based on the real data of Xi’an house price and purchase status, this paper forecasts and analyzes the real estate prices and purchases in Xi’an from June to October in 2011. The main sources of data are China Net, National Bureau of Statistics Network, Shaanxi Provincial Government Public Information Network, Shaanxi Provincial Bureau of Statistics Website, Xi’an Bureau of Statistics website, Xi’an Municipal Population Net, Xi’an Real Estate Information Network, Xi’an Real Estate Information Network, Sanqin Real Estate Network, Shaanxi Provincial Land Resources Office, Xi’an Real Estate Industry Association and other government websites. The main method used in this paper is time series analysis.
