深圳地区对闭经≤49天的孕妇使用全合成和半合成米非司酮200mg配伍卡前列甲酯栓1mg终止早孕共621例,其完全流产率分别为94.2%和95.2%,不全流产率分别为4.2%和2.2%,失败率分别为1.6%和2.6%。服药后第三天加用生化汤丸,日服2丸,共三天。流产后平均出血天数为10.29±4.76天,比过去临术报道缩短6～8天。生化汤丸对药物流产后出血有较好疗效,值得进一步研究。
In Shenzhen, a total of 621 pregnant women with amenorrhea less than or equal to 49 days pregnant women with full-mesotherapy and semi-synthetic mifepristone 200mg and cardinal methylester suppository were terminated. The complete abortion rates were 94.2% and 95.2% respectively. The rates of incomplete abortion were 4.2% and 2.2%, the failure rates were 1.6% and 2.6%. On the third day after taking medicine plus biochemical soup pills, 2 pills a day for a total of three days. The average number of bleeding days after abortion was 10.29 ± 4.76 days, which was 6 to 8 days shorter than the previous reports. Biochemical soup pills on the medical abortion after bleeding has a good effect, it is worth further study.
