传统战略理论已经过时修过企业战略理论的都知道,这些理论的发明,远则三、四十年前,近则十多年前。每一种理论的出现都有其背景,当情形发生改变的时候,我们需要重新审视这些理论的可行性。在诸多战略理论中,迈克尔·波特(Michael Porter)的五力模型可能最经典且广为人们所接受。波特认为,一家企业要取得持续成功,必须在所处行业中寻找到最有利的地位,这样,你的竞争对手就不会战胜你了。 The traditional strategic theory has been outdated business strategy theory all know, the invention of these theories, as far as three or four decades ago, nearly ten years ago. Each theory has its own background, and when the situation changes, we need to re-examine the feasibility of these theories. Among many strategic theories, the five-power model of Michael Porter may be the most classical and widely accepted. Porter argues that for a company to succeed, it must find the most advantageous position in its industry so that your competitors will not beat you.
