研究了大掺量粉煤灰、矿粉用聚合物防裂防水剂拌制混凝土的技术性能,得出180kg/m3水泥,180kg/m3粉煤灰、80kg/m3矿粉,加入3%的聚合物防裂防水剂可制出28d抗压强度为40~50MPa,3个月为50~60MPa的混凝土。抗拉强度提高20%,抗折强度提高10%,提高了混凝土的抗裂韧性。该混凝土节约水泥,节省能源,降低成本,并改善混凝土的技术性能,因此具有良好的发展前景。
The technical performance of mixing concrete with high content of fly ash and slag with polymer anti-cracking and waterproofing agent was studied. The results showed that 180kg / m3 cement, 180kg / m3 fly ash, 80kg / m3 ore powder and 3% Anti-crack waterproofing agent can be made 28d compressive strength of 40 ~ 50MPa, 3 months for the 50 ~ 60MPa of concrete. Tensile strength increased by 20%, flexural strength increased by 10%, improve the crack resistance of concrete. The concrete saves cement, saves energy, reduces costs and improves the technical performance of concrete, so it has good development prospects.
