摩托车发动机活塞环是易损件,经较长时间的使用后,活塞环会产生严重磨损、开口间隙增大、弹力下降等现象,使发动机不能正常工作。1 活塞环的常见故障 a)开口间隙变大。活塞环在气缸中的开口间隙通常为0.05～0.35 mm,如果开口间隙达到1.2mm,该活塞环就应予以更换。活塞环开口间隙变大是由磨损引起的。开口间隙变大,将使气缸密封不严而漏气。
