北京市社区卫生服务门诊患者对大医院医生支援社区的服务利用评价研究

目的从门诊患者的角度,了解社区居民对大医院支援医生服务的利用情况,评价北京市对口支援社区卫生服务工作实施过程中存在的问题及对策。方法采用分层多阶段随机抽样,对992名社区卫生服务门诊患者进行问卷调查。结果政策已得到较好宣传,但居民对支援医生服务的利用程度相对较低,未利用的原因主要是由于支援医生出诊时间和专业的限制,大部分接受过支援医生服务的居民对其服务表示满意。结论需进一步完善协调对口支援工作与居民对支援医生服务时间及专业需求的关系等问题。 Objective To understand the utilization of community residents ’support services for doctors in large hospitals from outpatients’ perspectives and to evaluate the problems and countermeasures in the implementation of community health services counterparts in Beijing. Methods A total of 992 community health service outpatients were surveyed by stratified multi-stage random sampling. As a result, the policy has been well publicized. However, the residents’ utilization of supportive doctors’ services is relatively low. The reasons for the unutilized utilization are mainly due to the doctor’s visit hours and professional restrictions. Most residents who have received supportive doctors’ services have indicated their services satisfaction. Conclusion It is necessary to further improve the coordination between counterpart support work and resident support service time and professional needs and other issues.
