Monkey Adventures (1946) brought a huge disaster to Russian author Zuo Qinke. The CPSU severely criticized him for the image of insulting the Soviet Union and the Soviet people and was subsequently expelled from the Writers Association. In the case of Russia or China, most researchers think Zuchchenko is innocent. This short story is just the pretext that the Soviet authorities will block the leftchenko. However, we find through research that this is not the case. The text of “Monkey Treasure” is hidden behind the criticism and denunciation of power manipulation. This article will combine the text to reveal the content of the novel, and provide the novel a completely new interpretation.
