目前,皮质类固醇对大鼠牙本质形成的影响,不同学者的研究之间出现不同的结果。有的结果显示,在出生21天刚断奶的年青大鼠食物中加入皮质类固醇后,牙本质形成降低。另外学者研究发现,成年大鼠在每天注射大剂量皮质类固醇(50mg)持续8天后,切牙牙髓腔中出现骨样基质和瓦解的造牙本质细胞。也有人发现,每周给成年大鼠皮下注射少量的皮质类固醇(0.4mg)持续1周~5周。对牙本质沉积的平均宽度没有影响。为观察静脉内给予皮质类固醇后,大鼠牙本质的变化情况。作者把18只 Brown Norway(BN)种系,
At present, the effects of corticosteroids on dentin formation in rats have different results among different scholars. Some results show that formation of dentin is reduced after corticosteroids are added to young rat food weaned at 21 days of birth. In addition, other scholars found that adult rats were injected with high-dose corticosteroids (50mg) for 8 days. The osteoid stroma and collapsing dentin cells appeared in the incisor pulp cavity.
