全面介绍中国科学院国家科学图书馆在“读者至上、需求为本”的新型服务理念下,在国内外图书馆界首次开展9-9的实时咨询服务,采用页面共览、嵌接和情景敏感等先进技术,增强解答直观性,将咨询服务全程地嵌入用户环境和流程之中。通过网络化服务组织与个性化服务相结合,实现向不同IP的读者推荐相应的学科馆员或本地咨询馆员。全面开展服务流程自动化管理和服务质量控制及其规范管理,更有效地提高服务质量和效率。
This paper presents a comprehensive introduction of the 9-9 real-time consultation service of the National Library of China under the new service philosophy of “reader first, demand-based” in the national library of sciences of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. It adopts pageviews, embeddings and scenarios Sensitive and other advanced technologies to enhance the intuitiveness of the solution, the consulting services will be embedded into the user environment and process. Through the combination of networked service organization and personalized service, the corresponding librarians or local librarians can be recommended to different IP readers. Fully carry out the automation of service process management and service quality control and standard management, more effectively improve service quality and efficiency.
