课堂教学是师生共创的艺术作品,其最佳状态是和谐,最优的标志是高效。要实现这样的目标,离不开教师“真理”的置入。所谓教师“真理”的置入,即教师要把自己的教学主张、教学理念、教学技艺、教学情感等艺术地渗透于教学过程之中,充分发挥课堂教学平等对话中的首席作用。只有教师“真理”的置入,课堂才会呈现和谐高效的艺术状态,否则课堂必然会失之深刻而浅薄,失之力度而轻浮。
Classroom teaching is a work of art created by teachers and students. Its best condition is harmony, and the best sign is efficiency. To achieve such a goal, can not be separated from the teacher “truth ” into.
