1型人类免疫缺陷症病毒(HIV-1)主要入侵CD4~+T细胞和单核吞噬细胞,利用宿主细胞许多成分和免疫激活状态,进行复制,造成宿主CD4~+T细胞数量剧减和功能受损,产生严重免疫缺陷.针对此机理,本文提出(1)阻断或抑制HIV-1对细胞成分的利用;(2)给予白细胞介素2(IL-2)、IL-12等辅助性T细胞因子;(3)抑制促炎细胞因子[α肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、IL-6]的产生,降低免疫激活状态;(4)扩增CD4~+和CD8~+T细胞的免疫治疗原理,并简解其初步临床治疗的结果.
Human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) mainly invades CD4 ~ + T cells and mononuclear phagocytes, and utilizes many components of host cells and immune activation state to replicate, resulting in drastic reduction and function of host CD4 ~ + T cells (1) block or inhibit the utilization of HIV-1 on cell components; (2) give adjuvant IL-2, IL-12 and so on (3) Inhibit the production of proinflammatory cytokines [TNF-α, IL-6] and decrease the immune activation status; (4) Amplify the expressions of CD4 ~ + and CD8 ~ + T cells Immunotherapy principle, and briefly explain the results of its initial clinical treatment.
